To us, a Program Stakeholder is anyone not participating in the program who has a vested interest in the success of the program. They’re often people who manage or report to Talent Strategists.

They might hold titles like C-Suite roles (CEO, CHRO), Director of HR, Director of Professional Development, Head of Learning and Development. Or they might hold titles like Leadership Development Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, etc.

In some instances, they may even come from different departments who provide essential business control functions, like procurement or finance.
